Terms and Conditions – Achromatic Games

   By downloading, accessing, or using any games, services, or websites operated by Achromatic Games (“we”, “us”), you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask you not to use our services.

   Our games might offer optional in-app purchases. Please remember that all purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or under specific platform refund policies.

   We ask that you please refrain from:
   • Using cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
   • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
   • Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of any game or service
7. Disclaimers
   Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding their reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
9. Changes to the Terms
   We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
